Apply NowWe require Paid Bar Staff for Cool Britannia, which celebrates British musical icons from the past 30 years with a weekend of rock, indie, pop and dance classics inside Knebworth Park.
2019’s lineup will feature sets from James, Basement Jaxx and The Coral, while the Ministry of Sound Stage will be pounding to the likes of Danny Rampling, Faithless’ Maxi Jazz and Orbital’s Phil Hartnoll.
All Bar Staff at Cool Britannia must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.
The bars will be busy throughout the event therefore you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts will be 6 – 12 hours long (exact shift times TBC)
You will be provided with a packed lunch and a meal token / a hot meal in the evening on working days. Please bring snacks and breakfast with you
Pay Rate
18-20 £7.45ph (£6.65 + £0.80 holiday pay)
21-24 £8.63ph (£7.70 + £0.93 holiday pay)
25+ £9.20ph (£8.21 + £0.99 holiday pay)

Camping
This is a camping festival. Anyone camping will need to bring a tent, roll mat, toiletries and extra warm clothing. You will camp in the staff campsite.
Transport
You must make your own way to and from the venue. Staff parking will be available, please car share where possible.
Uniform
Uniform – Staff must wear plain black, casual clothing. Minimal branding and comfortable footwear.
